There is a comma in the file name which some browsers (such as chrome) do not like.

Some browsers can cope with this which is possibly why it hasn't been picked up before.

Not sure if a script can be run on the database/site to hunt out any other files with this issue?

What message came up when checked by Route River?
Dorset Coast is quite an intensive route. Does it always crash at the same point?
What happens if you save shortly before where you get the crash, exit MSTS, reload it and then load the saved activity? Does it still crash?
