Re: Railworks core updates!

Adding positively and helping on this thread would be good Drfisher asked what I guess many of us, myself included is. What is the best and quickest way of backing up? Some I guess just lurk and hope someone will stick their head above and wait to be shot down. So now there is two of us waiting and ...

Re: Railworks core updates!

Ok, is there an easy way to do a backup and then copy things back and keep the updates? I've lost track of the number of small fixes, updates etc that I have downloaded and installed that will get rolled back by this update, can't bear the thought of having to install the lot again! Adding positive...

Re: Class 390 Upgrade coming Feb 2nd!

Well, once their patch is out I shall subtly change my release so it's not included. However, those people who have it already won't need to do anything as Steam will overwrite the file I changed with the new patch. Horgy Noob question I know, but will we need to download your file again after the ...

Re: Class 390 Upgrade coming Feb 2nd!

Horgy's done the fix in double quick time and it's on the front page as well as a page back on here, same ID 22899. Don't know about the driver on the ground as I don't do free roam jobs. :-? :) All my scenarios for the Virgin 390 will work OK if the updated patch is installed. ( comments have been...

Re: Class 390 Upgrade coming Feb 2nd!

Hi folks. So to quick, what are the issues with this update and what are the problems? Also, has anyone put these issues in an email to RSC yet? (on the point of the driver being under the train, I would have thought that this was intentional so that the cab would appear empty when not in use. It m...

Re: Class 390 Upgrade coming Feb 2nd!

I've gone one better than that, I've run one of my scenarios, and it hasn't been updated. ( and I suppose they'll all be broken after the update? ) Chris. Chris, you along with several others on here make great scenarios involving the 390, will we have to re-download them again (assuming you will a...

Re: Virgin Carriage Pack

All the scenarios that you are referring to have now been updated with the aforementioned downloads. They no longer require the one which used to be hosted by Oovee. Pm me with your email and I will send you an advanced copy of 'WCML scenario pack V3' by tomorrow. My other project, 'WCML scenario p...

Re: Checking Scenarios

Many thanks to both of you for that.

Is Route Building Tools part of RW Tools too or is that a separate program?

Thanks again for the advice though
