Never touch IE, I use Chrome and run TS2014 fine, as I have done with previous versions

I appear to have resolved it

I will leave the solution on here if anyone else has the same difficulty, but it appears my registry was broken, so downloaded the fix from Just Trains website:

Ok So I am having to re install a lot of my packs from AP and various other sites (Long story and best not to ask why) but when I click on the installer, I am ALWAYS having to manually search for the destination folder for where my RW is instead of it automatically locating it. What am I doing wrong...

How strange, as I am having the same issue with mine. I purchased mine on my lap top, but ensured it did not download. Now gone to desktop to use it and it wont download.

Is there no way I can force the download? I have tried all of the above advice to no avail
