Class 172 engine sounds & physics
Hi Folks, I have a Class 172 which is uses the class 170 as the standard engine physics. My question is how could I modify a set which would pick up on the 172 only, to give the effects of the ZF 5 speed box that they are fitted with (allowing of course the engine sound to adjust accordingly)? Any s...

Re: Virtual District Line
Thanks for putting my mind at rest! I was wondering if the CIS panal would end up working, the way this is heading! Jimi, this is going to be something awsome - its a shame the CIS cant get programmed with all the DVA routes and presets etc, announcements on and off train where applicable is one thi...

HI folks,
Have downloaded this file and it states limited audio compatibility - just wondered what this was as I cant hear anything differnt, just wondered if something extra has been included that I'm missing? Great livery addition though, a nice touch to complete an already very good unit!

AWS startup/Check routine
Hi Folks, Does anyone no how I can add a self test routine to a loco/unit that doesn't have the sequence installed? I have the units/loco that its already a part of and adds that much more realism. If its simply a copy and paste, could anyone help with the identification of the appropriate sections ...

Sound help please!
Hi folks, I have had an idea of being able to play appropriate on train announcements at each station as required. The idea that I had is firstly, does railworks have a station count variable which increases every time the train stops? If so, could this be added to form a file name which increases, ...

Re: class 442
Bear in mind that the 442 coaches were a combination of mark 3 and mark 4 technology. They had generally mark 3 bodies which were built with mark 4 plug type doors. The motors were from withdrawn first generation slam door stock, which gave them the familiar slam door compressor sound and the slam d...

Re: Default Signal Facelift Project
RA indicators are generally used with loco hauled stock which is fitted with central locking, or where visibility of the guard is poor. Its also used with Multiple Units which operate under DOO conditions (ECS and in service) from staffed stations, otherwise the driver uses platform CCTV as its not ...

Re: Default Signal Facelift Project
Sounds like we're in for a treat! The other thing I had thought of is if it could detect loco haulage to be even more realistic, as the multiple unit sets don't generally use it unless they are Driver Only and or from staffed stations. This goes to show though the level of playership RW provides, if...

Re: Default Signal Facelift Project
Hi Steve, Thanks for that - thought I wasn't seeing things! Glad its being icluded. it will fill the gap! Regarding the Theatre boxes, are you including the older dimmer stencil versions (ie - illumnated panel type) or just the leds? Also, is there any way that an RA indicator version could be intro...
