I think when HST's were first introduced on the ECML they had 2 buffet cars, one for regular customers and one for first class meals? But that was before my time so I carn't be certain, although I do know there are 2 types of Buffet car, one type with a fully equipped kitchen and one thats more basic.

Winces, although I would love 2 lay claim 2 such a photo, it isn't mine I found it on google images.
