Good point Elojikal, nostalgia does funny things! Isnt it strange though that TfL has just taken over North London Rail with a pledge to put more guys on the platforms!

Hi Mate, Some engines are much dirtier than others though... Yes, it all depends on which side the driver is standing. if on the left(in the picture then driving with the reverser is possible, but on the right, it's not really.
