We have several Drivers on this forum, it might be worth sending a pm to timbgray64 or jsreeves86, they could answer any questions you may have.

What amazing models, his 2-8-0 (sorry 140) has just entered my fave loco list! The 0-6-2+2-6-0T looks fun too. A custom cabview will make me download any model, and those are SOME cabviews!!!

Well Done to the author, and thanks for pointing those out Jon. Is there a suitable route?

The 'track monitor' on Steam Express was a rolling gradient profile along the bottom of the screen, with signals, tunnels, stations all marked on it. I think a gradient profile is very necessary, as I find it very difficult to discern gradients in MSTS, but it could be in a pop up window. I also fin...

You are right, I just asked it as I had the attention of those I thought could best answer it. My point about 'for better or worse' was that complicating .eng files further might put people off them more! As for switching the HUD off, you could probably lose track monitor as well. One of the most ch...

Although this is diverting the topic a little, how would you make a better system for the new sims? While we now have better values from the outset, the only way I can see to make .eng files 'better' is to add more variables, which would make them more complicated, for better or worse. Any thoughts?...

I thought that was one of the best posts I have read in ages Rick. I guess we can only really know how any engine handles if we have driven the real one on that route in those circumstances, everything else is just theory and best guess, however well developed. There are many factors which arent mod...

Listen SG, I know many people with kids who are the best most wonderful people whose kids have problems every now and then. We are incredibly lucky with our son (picture on the left), but even qualified teachers and nannys I know have trouble with their kids sometimes. They dont come with an instruc...

Wow, what a thread! Attempted murder charges? It would be very difficult to make them stick, probably would hinge on some degree of premeditation to actually kill the driver, not just damage the train. 'Bricking' trains should carry a far heavier sentence, as should leaving old fridges etc on the tr...

I'd like to see some Broad Gauge stuff but I know Tim is very busy at the minute working on the standard gauge UKFS range. Some Victorian era engines and stock would be nice, things like the Stirling Singles and 2-2-2 or 0-4-2 tender engines with open cabs and interesting early liveries. Couldnt ag...
