Got to be a 442 for me. Lovely comfy seats, nice suspension and the motors made a lovely racket at speed!

Replacement diesel fume textures.
Hi all, I've been searching high and low on on UKTS for some replacement diesel fume textures. I downloaded them a while ago and stored them on a USB memory stick which has now broke. The picture on the page that the download was on had (if memeory serves!) a black and white/dark picture of a Super ...

Re: Unapplyable brakes in electric locos.
Finnaly got the problem sorted. Had looked through the MSTS and Vista section and tried some of the suggestions but to no avail. I've just tired dkightley suggestion and success! Right click on the Train Simulator folder, go to properties and uncheck the read only box. Depending on how many files yo...

Re: Unapplyable brakes in electric locos.
Hi Ruf Had the problem for diesel locos aswell but that was solved and the re-assigned keys saved. However, for electric locos, i press (') in the key selector, it goes blank as if the key doesn't exist. If i select other keys and click save, it goes back to the default keys for the electric locos o...

Re: Unapplyable brakes in electric locos.
Nope, the keyboard is set for the UK. What do i do now, as it won't save the keys i asign the brakes to? (I am pressing the save button before anyone asks!) It's like MSTS doesn't know the apostrophe button exsists.
Many thanks,
Andy.

Unapplyable brakes in electric locos.
Hi all, i've got a strange problem that i can't fix. When driving electric locos/units that don't use the throtle to brake (Class 86, 442 etc), the usual key to apply the brakes doesn't work. The (;) key works to release, but (') wont apply, i've tried to change to a differnt key in the options but ...

Re: What trains run on your local line?
My local line serves Fawley Oil Refinery. It's really busy... well, an EWS 66 a few times a day, if your lucky.

Great shots, a fine set of units from Anton! To detract slighty, video evidence that they have come off their usual teritory!
