Just to update om my problems. I replaced my solid state drive with a HDD (now using 3 in raid 5 configuration) all problems resolved. Thanks for assistance.

I am being driven crazy with constant stutter in TS2014. My frame rate drops to 1 - 5 fps during this and it does not matter how low I put my graphics settings.
