Recent Briscard/EBGWR acts

Hi, Got back into act making. Randomly out of the blue. Who knows how long for this time. Two fairly basic acts just for me to warm up on. The next lot won't be so easy. 8) This will eventually (and hopefully...) turn out to be another act pack, this time based on the early to mid 2000's. [uk...

As your post came directly after mine I will assume that most of it was aimed at me. Therefore, in the most non cockey, arrogant or insulting manner... Have any of you ever stop for a moment and spared a though for those of us, who spend many hour, no hundred of hours, creating product for your enjo...

Re: EB East Coast Express Part 5,6 & 7 to Edinburgh

Didn't EB say sometime ago, that all future work on MSTS was going to be available via download only ? Which would be cheaper than selling CD/DVD Boxed sets ! MARTIN :D A good point Martin, which seems to have disappeared from the website. I can't find a reference to it anywhere. Only this: "We have...

Re: Just a Screenshot!!

If none of the above can be accomplished with the new models then the braking physics definately need a look at. :( <snip> there is nothing wrong with the braking whatsoever. Just taken a quick test between Carstairs and Motherwell. Probably not prototypical but.... 8) Took the unit up to full powe...

Re: Just a Screenshot!!

Maybe I expect modern electric units to have more efficient brakes. You're quite right to Doug. Now, without going too technical like.... Most modern (built 1980's and onward..) MU's whether diesel or electric are capable of braking from 60 - 0 mph within a half mile on the level, and 100 - ...

Re: EB East Coast Express Part 5,6 & 7 to Edinburgh

Re: Lydbrook 3

TSection 41A, if memory serves me correctly, was the modified version that Chris Young or one of his associates edited.

I'm not sure how, where, or even if it was distributed publicly.

Re: Lydbrook 3

Hi Reg, Just downloaded your latest incarnation of Lydbrook. I haven't run it as yet but whilst downloading the stock needed to run the supplied activities i have noticed this is in the list and seems out of place: [uktsfile 25903] UKTS File ID 25903 .......
