Re: Streaking Ahead

Yes its not that I cant read :)

I started this thread in RailSim section because when I started I wasnt sure if I was going to do a RW version or not but as it happens the A4 has been developed for both simulators.

repairing a default scenario

Hi a couple of questions guys... 1) I made the big mistake of trying to edit the "slow climb South scenario" so i could use the Slys' superb Challenger but all I managed to do was break it... Anyone know how I can get Steam to update it so it works again 2) Is it possible to make a copy of this scen...

Re: New DT wagons

I noticed some great discounts on Digital Traction this morning so I snapped up a real bargain.... I got the Fish Vans and got 75% of GWR B set which I've had my eye on for some time to go with my RSC Hall. Very high quality stuff as always from DT. Its great to know the West Country wont be long no...

With this you go to Coal yard, park wagon under dispensing chute or over the drop off chute and use Shift-T/T to load / unload.

Sorry for not responding sooner.

How to unload box containers

Hi

Can anyone tell me if its possible to offload the box Carrying wagons on the Hedborough Route? (or anywhere else for that matter)... I've tried stopping the wagons under the crane on the container docks and pressing T but nothing happens...perhaps its not possible.

Re: JT Streamilned Coronation/Duchess!

As David said they are two very different Beasts and I'm afraid I opted to do the Jelly mould type first... but That is not to say I wont do the other type as I like both but It will have to be a separate project...there are a few parts I can recycle but not much. I was torn between both subjects as...

Re: Streaking Ahead

"Still, looking forward to it and I sincerely hope that your next release is a Princess Coronation class" what you mean like one of these.... another one from the jelly mould. :) I cant promise this will ever get finished at this stage because I have a lot going on but it would be nice. Remember thi...

Re: Streaking Ahead

The Sound isnt something I had any involvement with but I will pass your feedback to the Guy that did it. The Chuff isnt so audible as the speed builds but I was there when it was recorded and it is as it was. I was actually surprised at the sowing machine smoothness of it all... having never seen a...

Re: Streaking Ahead

Its all manual texture art I'm afraid David... I made my own "shadow bake" layer and then blended it in photoshop. Its a technique I plan to develop further on my next model which is already underway. You really need to do the texturing with it in mind which i didnt because I didnt think it could be...

The thread you refer to is here... http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?f=216&t=95319&start=255 Didnt mean to convey the idea there was any heal dragging or opposition from JT...just as simon said there is a process involved in refining model that we share in and it just takes time... But you'...
