I have reinstalled it 3 times. MSTS is on the D drive as C is for the system. Kosmos is on the D drive. I will try installing the update. Have you patched it up to v 1.01?
Is your MSTS in the main C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator Folder?

I have just downloaded it and re-installed it and it works ok.

Try running the install again
