Thanks Matt.
I'm OK. I've even become comfortable as "Tripman".
It was just in hindsight I should have been a bit less hasty to sign up.
There is a lesson here to think about your future handle carefully. Just like choosing a tattoo.
Anyway thanks for a very enjoyable well run site.

Hi Spacebiscuit. Nothing wrong with your handle, it's a good un. I chose mine in haste to relate to trains. In my old days a rail trip was worth waiting for and always memorable. Now I'm stuck with a handle that is drug related although I have never ever tried any drug. Keep the biscuit it's smashin...

Hiya. It's been tried many times before. I'm holding my breath. I wonder if it would be best to think small and simple, rather then a 100 mile route, something that could be played with and transversed in less then 30 mins. But still with the feel and flavor of Thomas. I wish you well. The grandchil...

I have heard that memory sticks are not for long term. The memory fails after long time, like SD camera cards. If this is true?
Then the external 80G HD is a much safer long term bet.

I would have given him 3 months inside, tore up his license and crushed his car.
The RHDLR red lights are easy to see, unless the driver is looking at something else in his car maybe.
But then I'm an old grumpy.

Hi all. This little route is a delight. I've got it all running except the signal box activity. My question is. Has anyone made a patch I can download to see this activity working? Although I've done what was necessary to get the route to run, I think the box problem is beyond my capabilities. It's ...
