I seem to have a problem with the above. Every time i try to use it it comes up with trai world intialisation failed. What is the problem here and how do i cure it?

hey i have problems with this. I tried to change the track layout for the settle and carlise but it just went very weird like shouting all over the place with the camera so the route is now ruined. Help anyone?
