Yes, as before the Circle line sounds should be installed . I need to check why the glow textures are not being found, and will do so sometime when I get a moment. There is no timetable in view of some further developments, but times can be seen using the jump station list. it is nice that 99% of c...

I have to drive the Cockfosters - Hammersmith route, then load up the Osterley - Heathrow route to finish things off. Why? I get to Hammersmith and nothing works. There is a District Line train in the sky, signals stay red and at Boston Manor (I think) the track seems to go through many walls and b...

It is an amazing route (even if every resident in Hounslow does wear the same kind of undies) but it obviously doesn't work between Hammersmith and Osterley. I have to drive the Cockfosters - Hammersmith route, then load up the Osterley - Heathrow route to finish things off. The Hatton Cross/Termina...

Great! That first link was just what I was looking for! Thanks. :) So the trick is to avaoid the DLR section? I'll have to remember that next time. And wear some different shoes, as the surface is very slippery past those DLR platforms (platforms 8 and 9, I think, although trains only depart from th...

Northern Line announcements

I was travelling from Brent Cross SB on the Northern Line two weeks ago and I encountered my worst ever case of being delayed on a train. It was due to some signal failures in the Hampstead area so we were held for a couple of minutes at Brent Cross and for about 5 minutes at Golders Green before se...

The screenies look fantastic, Tom. I await the release date, even if you won't tell me.

I was at Finsbury Park the other day (WB platform) and as I was walking towards the end of the platform I could feel as though I was walking downhill. Is there much of a decline on the track, as well?

What is the deal with those floodgates, anyway? :-? How can they stop floods when there will be a big gap at the bottom, where the rails lie?Unless the floodgates just slide through the rails?

Or have I just wildly missed the point?

There was long ago a demo which ran from White City to Marble Arch (or something like that, it was before my BVE time) but nobody is developing the entire route. If I was clever enough to develop routes the Central would be without doubt the Line I would make. However, ATO would not be necessary. It...

1. When are you planning to release the route, Tom?

2. What is the route? Cockfosters - Heathrow?

3. Are you adjusting the route to compensate for the 16 month LU closure of Terminal 4?

Bank/Monument Underground Complex

I recently timed myself walking through the bloody underground walkway between the Central Line platforms at Bank and Monument station. It took me 7 minutes to negotiate all those damned escalators. Building the Bank/Monument complex must have been a massive construction undertaking, but can ...

I downloaded BVE 4 especially for the new Northern Line! The tunnel sections were improved (esp. the sound) but the above-ground sections from East Finchley northbound were stunning! Pity my computer isn't the fastest one around...still, I was doing ok until I got to Totteridge & Whetstone. Fo...
