Crashing a Plane in FlightSim

Hi, I was thinking about getting FS2004 or FS2006 - just to try and find out how easy it is to fly a plane - and because i'm becoming more interested in planes. :) Now I don't want to sound like crashing planes is my hobby, because it isn't! I want to just like to know what would happen if yo...

Ah, yes that sneaky 37402! I did know that 37402 had taken 37427 name plate sometime after 1993, when 37427 was denamed from "Bont Y Bermo", and then renamed to "Highland Enterprise".

Well, accually, I think EWS cheated a bit from the looks of this photo it's just a stick on! (The original was cast iron):

Although the photo was taken in 2004, so they might have made a proper cast iron replacement by now.

If you really want a bit of 427, wait until they send it to the scrappers, and buy the panel off the bodyshell containing the number. Freshly blowtorched out for you. All you then need is a car (your parents may be able to help here) to get said panel home, for mounting on your wall. 37427 will hav...

Don't do it. Just... no. Buying the thing is the cheap and easy part. You will have to move it etc as has been mentioned before, but you will have to find somewhere willing to take it. There are so many "preserved" diesel locos knocking around these days that no railway will take anything that does...

If I bought 37427 what livery should I paint it in? (bearing in mind these are the only choices I am considering! BR Green, BR Blue, BR Dutch, etc. have already been used, so I want to use something different): - BR LoadHaul* - BR Regional Railways** - EW&S livery*** - My own livery (Eric Garfield R...
