Re: TrainSim Helper (Joystick/Overlay) release thread
First. To the moderators. Sorry if I came across as impatient, that was never my intention. I am aware and grateful that you are all volunteers from around the globe. I was only making sure I had not done something wrong with my original post. Havner This really shouldn't matter as the game will pri...

Re: TrainSim Helper (Joystick/Overlay) release thread
Hello Havner, I hope I can answer your questions. "I hope you do know that the classes 86 from two addons are actually two separate trains in the game files? Are you sure you patched the correct one? If you are driving some scenarios from WCMLN you should patch class 86 inside its files." In short y...

Re: TrainSim Helper (Joystick/Overlay) release thread
Hello Havner, Thank you for the update, the distance to next speed is another great addition. Help please. I am having trouble with a few trains getting the overlay to work. One example is the Class 86 loco (RSC and WCMLN versions). I have found all LUA and OUT files that I can and run the programme...

Re: TrainSim Helper (Joystick/Overlay) release thread
Hello Havner, Can I just say thank you for adding a new level of immersion to TS. Have managed to get the overlay working no problem on both Class321 and 150 so far. Cannot comment on the joystick interface as I have no joystick. Look forward to the distance to next speed limit update. Thanks again ...

Re: CabViewKeys 1.0 is here
Hello Thulin,
Just to say thank you for a great piece of work.
Both this and the previous beta version worked "straight out of the box" for me.
Thanks again.

Re: WiperPairs Tag for cabview fix
Success!
Have just managed to put the code into the bin file and bring what I thought was a lost loco back into use.
Thank you all for your help.

Re: WiperPairs Tag for cabview fix
Thanks for the link Merlin75.
I get the general idea but a search for <ControlContainerBlueprint> in the bin file of my offending loco, when opened in RWTools, brings up multiple entries so I am unsure where I paste the code from chrisonline.
Sorry if I am completely missing something.
Thanks.

Re: WiperPairs Tag for cabview fix
Hello Chris, If this is what I think it is can it be used to cure this:- http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=206778253. If so could you possibly explain a bit more for someone who does not go that deep into TS files. I guess RW Tools is needed, which I possess, but have rarely used...

Re: DT Class 40 AWS.
Dave. Success. Having followed your instructions I now have a Class 40 that rings at green lights! Tested on two routes that previously the AWS bell had not worked on after the first green and all is good. I have no idea why it worked as all I did was copy and paste (the easy bit), but thank you for...

Thank you for the replies
DaveDewhurst - yes please. I have RW Tools (could not live without it) and have done some editing before under guidance so if you can post the instructions I will give it a go and report back.

DT Class 40 AWS.
Hello all. Have been a long time visitor gleaning a great deal of information from this forum including answers to many problems I have had. But so far I have not been able to find the answer to this one - so here is my first post! I bought the DT Class 40 from just Trains in there last sale but had...
