More Activity Editor Grief

I have a problem with the activity editor and having done a search of the forums this appears to be nothing new. At the moment when I open the AE I can select my chosen route or by using Train Store I select it first that way. If making a new activity, I give the activity a name and then it goes str...

A nice spin with 45115 around NWE. Great work Guys, thanks.
No Cambrian activities on my CD. :(

Have I missed something?

I think it would help new people if newly uploaded activities were also a bit clearer as to what route they are actually for. A friend of mine who has just got into MSTS has said a couple of times that an activity catches his eye but it takes a while for him sometimes to work out which route it is f...

Had a go with 'Chard' on the morning commuter.
Two SPADS as predicted with adverse signals placed close to each other. Arrived 20 late having taken care after the second SPAD.
Great fun though, most enjoyable.

Rubbing salt into the wound there Jon!
Fancy driving past those wonderful machines in a 50. Sacrilege!

Nice shots though.

Matt,

Just to say thanks very much for 75027. I've just taken it for a run along the SVR and the screenshots I've seen of it don't do it justice. A really great engine. Thanks again. :D
I'll have to get 4141 into traffic now.

Looking forward to 6024.

Best wishes,

Paul

OK, Mr GWR officianados. What was the largest loco type seen on the branch prior to preservation days please?

The route looks great as do the screenshots. Well done everyone.

The 101 DMU's used to work between Hitchin and Huntingdon. By 1980 they were in the grey/white livery with a blue stripe. At Peterborough there was usually a 56 or 47 on the flyash trains to/from Fletton. They usually stood for ages on the through line adjacent to platform 5. Presflo wagons are idea...

If an HST failed they would get out the tow bar with whatever was around. There did seem to be a million spare 31's at the south end of the ECML which would therefore make one of them the favourite rescue engine.

Just taken it for a spin with an HST on a down run. The stations look like the real places as you storm through. Easy to make comparisons with Mid-East, for example I often have suffered a broken coupler approaching Biggleswade. This time as I approached Biggleswade I muttered to myself "No broken c...
