Re: The Future of Train Simulator...
I'd like to see lighting effects similar to FrostBite 3 engine, as in used on Battlefield 4. I think that is a beautiful looking game. The Cornish Riveria would look good with decent waves :) FrostBite is an internal EA game engine only, UE4 looks good enough to do the job as it is and UE already h...

Re: BR Class 14
At least the Class 14 and the Class 52 & 56 loco which have been 'announced' (on the list) still exist. It will be easier for AP to visit a preserved railway to record the sounds. A 56 might be a bit more difficult to get access to for sound recording due to most of the operational ones being on th...

Re: RSC Exeter - Paignton Route
When running winter scenarios on this route, I am seeing missing textures on the roof/canopies at St. Davids. Can anyone replicate this? Regards, Richard Good Evening Richard, I'm not normally one to find mirth at anothers expense but I can't help thinking you haven't had much luck with this route ...

Re: RSC Exeter - Paignton Route
I am having an issue coupling to stock on this route it would seem. The loco is the E&G 37 and coaching stock are the mk1's supplied with the latest Class 31 DLC (Class31Pack02). Each of these has it's own couplers within it's own folders, so there should be no need to tick kuju to reference these....

Nicely modelled power unit MallardFan, it would be nice to have some power units as loads for the lowmac wagon and other flat wagons.

who said they will be moving to new pastures there will more likely be retired as they are almost 30 years old now, I remember them when they were brand new in NSE A number (26 sets IIRC) will be moving to Northern this year to operate services on newly electrified lines in the North-West. The rema...

Re: Class 91 and Class 92 Progress
Maybe DTG may be interested in that   May be, but this type of material remains out of the Eye of the General public. Like all current Loco Manuals and material related to driving it's strictly a no no! A mate of mine has at least some of the manuals for a class 70. Though which manuals...

No you aren't missing the point, obviously there will be less in the way of electrical systems etc, although it's still a very worthwhile update,we are also including some nice new liveries that will be very much enjoyed :) Regards Mark JT Would there be much point in building a new cab view for the ...

Re: Colas 70
Looks like they were delivered on a roll on/roll off vessel so they didn't have to be lifted onto the quayside. Wise move! Regards, Len No, not quite. The picture is the USA and the locos were transported on Flat Cars, like the FLT 70's and then lifted off at the port. They were stored on their own...
