Not havint the original MSTS routes will most likely be the cause then. As John Kendrick said, the batch file is copies files from all 6 default routes. Therefore, if some of these are missing this may be the cause. Rather than completely removing them, it may be best to just "store" them using Trai...

I got this problem too. But cured it with the patches to 1.1 and 1.2. Have you installed these, if not, here are the links:

You need to install .net framework from Microsoft.

http://update.microsoft.com (I think from memory.) ANd it needs to be in Internet Explorer

Have you created new paths? It may be that the original ones are broken, so won't load. Try Creating a new path using AE and running that.

TBH, doubt the Gap will be bridge for a while. Most of the Gap team became directors of the GCR (Loughborough-Leics section) so Gap work has been put on the back burner I think. Well gypsum trains run to Rushclife Halt.

But the track would need a lot of upgrading if an HST was to run over it. Been a couple of years, but I got a run down the line, and between Rushcliffe Halt and the MML chord, the tracks not the best in the world...
