well when i worked at Waterloo for SWT customers for bentley are advised to board front 5 coaches of the 450...so it must be possible to open front 5 coaches. Probably why it takes soooo long for all the doors to open normally as the guard has to open each section seperately...?

It is possible in the 450 to open the front 5 coaches, despite it being a 4 car EMU
