I can't see how you can say that the NNR donationware pack is another failed project???? As far as I knew there's still bits being worked on, yes, maybe not at a completely fast rate....but it hasn't stopped as per say BKRTS ( yes, I'm involved with both these teams, although now in very minor ways ...

SRPS Steam Excursion To The Strathspey

Well, yesterday proved exciting in places. For many years, the SRPS has operated it's Railtour programme without any steam services included at all...mainly due to the lack of steam locos North of the Border. However, with A4 No. 60009 "Union Of South Africa" and K4 No. 61994 "The Great Marquess" no...

It looks great Niall....the reworked cab looks a treat now, especially as the yellow is deeper and richer in the colour than the original model was.

Nice work :D

Copyin Parsfan idea....I told my mum, she found it very amusing ands now wanting me to send it to her in an e-mail to show her friends at work tomorrow. It'll boost moral and have a few laughs at my school aswell when I return, just don't hope as much as to get me kicked out of class

Blue Peter has now been at Barrow Hill for a month or so now Karl

However, it should look good at the LNER themed gala taking place there later this year.

I quite like 40145 in the LL livery to be honest.....and I look forward to seeing her like this when she's on some railtours up here....and if she attends the Bo'ness diesel gala at the end of September/Early October. Saw her last year in plain BR blue with yellow ends....so it'll make a pleasing di...

ForthFast Hovercraft And Edinburgh Waverly

As some of you may have heard about or seen yourself, for the past two weeks Stagecoach has been trialling a crossing service over the Forth from Kirkcaldy in Fife, to Portobello in East Lothian. Well today was one of the last days you could get on it....and seeing as I had never even seen a Hovercr...

Oh, it's no problem really thammond12, we all ask questions such as these and they don't really annoy us ( unless it's thomas the tank  )

I'm sure someday a Stirling Single will appear in MSTS though....locomotives such as these can't be put off forever :)

The search facility is a wonderful invention... ;-) http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?t=54622 However this one's been on hold for some time now, you'd probably need to ask Mr. Gourlay whether or not he has any plans to come back to it. Someone just had to rat me up didn't they??? As ...

SRPS Steam Special To Manuel

Well, first I feel inclined to inform people who won't know what is so special about the run I photographed on Saturday to Manuel. Well.....At The Bo'ness And Kinneil Railway, the total length of the route from Bo'ness To Manuel Junction ( where there is a current mainline connection ) is around 5 m...

And echoing above....maybe they are going on an Aussie theme...had it been a boy it may have been called Melbourne or Perth.....

I'll get my coat

Just to say that while I was away at my Dad's overnight, my mum reformatted my computer...and in turn I have lost work from about March-sih. Luckily not much has been lost however, mainly tsm work involving the K4. I will start work on TSM stuff again later once I re-install it, but that will be aft...
