Why is it taking half an hour to download 1 new .acf file for some people and it took less than a second for me with no warning
Those this has happened to get the error on clearing the Cache. Something is not right for some of us.

Mine took no time and downloaded only 1 File so it cannot have been done properly.

Yes Bob this latest so called Steam Update. My copy has not and will not update. TS 2013 has been removed from my computer. If I put down what I really feel I will be banned from the Forums. I am going over to the American Forums.
