The Radeon HD 4xxx series is a pretty good graphics card, but KRS and RW are very very CPU limited, and therefore your Pentium 4 is probably holding you back quite badly. I use to run RS under Alacrity PC and that was slower than RW is currently working, of course you can't use AlacrityPC with RW because it needs the internet for the steam part.

I am getting a Frame Rate of 14 fps can anyone tell me whether or not that is good or bad. It seems very smooth and is much better than Rail Simulator on my machine.
