You have honed your skills with Darth Vader, and you still can't get 60fps. Don't worry, one still of that thing will still make you beg for forgiveness.

Re: How do you set your SSD up?
I'd seriously like to know who can get 60fps with RW on maximum settings. 3x3 SSAA on full graphics settings pretty much kills my system. However, 2x2 SSAA works fairly well. In fact, it seems to make very little difference to the lower settings. However, I have one of the fastest overclocked chips ...

I've always liked the JT Voyager, although the Super Voyager is as about as elusive as the ElectroStar.

Re: How do you set your SSD up?
Intel RST (Rapid Store Technology) caching is how I set my system up. A 64 GB cache (maximum configurable) should be enough to hold the frequently used parts of the operating system and frequently used applications/games in that space. However, it is not for those who want an SSD to last, in either ...

Re: How do you set your SSD up?
With a bit of luck, I may have the LOTRO client downloaded for tomorrow evening. RW is probably going to be a 24hr - 48hr download after that. I'm not going to bother with Cities XL as I can only think of more worthless junk on the hard drive in the name of C&C4.

Re: How do you set your SSD up?
Shadows set to max I hope. Otherwise the monster might be shy. I'm still using my newest old monitor at 1680x1050 though, so that should help the native frame rates compared to those who have the larger monitors at 2560 times god knows what. I wonder how TS2012 comes out on a 3D 1080p 120Hz monitor ...

How do you set your SSD up?
Brand spanking new computer arrived today. Without wishing to upset anyone, it's a 2700K 3.5GHz overclocked to 4.6GHz, 16GB 1600Mhz Dual Channel DDR3 RAM, GTX 680, 1TB HDD and a 120GB SSD. Justice for those that struggled with the old one for over 4.5 years though. I would love to know how good it r...

Re: Always having to fix things
Yes, that is right. Railworks is just a game. It is not a simulator, but just a game. I have invested my time in this gamulator. I've argued with my compatriots about who is entitled to what. And guess what? My compatriots decided they was entitled to more than me! No surprise there then. Here is th...

Re: Re: Daily upload limit
I have to say it is disappointing when your upload does not appear on the front page 24 hours later because all the file moderators have gone off on a jolly! I think that is a little harsh Paul. It is mainly Pete who moderates the file library and I believe that even when the UKTS team were at the ...

My discount wasn't a SBRY discount. But hey, at that price I could sink a cream egg faster than a share price.

Re: The Big Deal
Perhaps I should just hit pay now after looking at the on screen total. If I hit request sub total before hand though, it tends to knock a few quid off. I'm not saying that you may be surprised that the agreed check out price is less than that you thought you had agreed with though. And it is the ag...
