Is this true about the online authentication for FSX? 'Cause when I plan to get my new PC around February time, I don't plan to have it connected to the internet as I will be mainly using it for music production things and I don't want to get a virus or whatever and lose all my work... Kind regards,...

From what I've heard it's best to wait until MS Vista comes out and DX 10. This does mean though that you'll have to buy a DX10 compatible graphics card which at the moment are expensive. I'm going to wait until around February time to buy myself a high tech PC as hopefully Vista will be out by then...

That's good to hear as I will also be getting a Core 2 Duo CPU and I was worried it might not work on this as well as not working on Vista also. Hopefully the 8880GTS DX10 graphics card will be cheaper in a few months time... Cant wait to finally get my new PC and to get either FS-X or FS2004 up and...

I also have Type 1 diabetes. Have had it now for 11 years, and I am only 20 years old. I agree that the interent is the greatest weapon ever to be invented. If it wasn't for the internet I wouldn't have known about new pumps for example, that might replace injections in the near future. I work in Vi...

Hi John Thank you for making a seperate thread, I guess it is quite a useul question! I'm going to be getting FS-X for Christmas but when I buy my new PC in January, it will be a very up-to-date computer but probably not enough to run FS-X to it's full potential I feel. I have read that FS-X will wo...

I will most likely be getting Windows Vista as well. Will FS2004 run on Vista without any problems do you think? Kind r...

Hi everyone, sorry to ask in here again. I have a question with regards to the Highland Mainline Route... I want to download this but when I search for the Route in the search libary; I come up with this: There are files from 1-9, but then the files go from 1, then from 10-16... Does this matter, an...
