Im actually a little surprised its worked. The overheating problem is usually attributed to Athlon PC's. Intel PC's dont often suffer this problem as they generally run much cooler. So far i think Laurie's suggestion of case removal is the best solution, ive got 40 minutes without a freeze so far :)

But i havent been working any longer on it, thankyou though for the link, although i havent upgraded my direct X and other programs run well so.

My virus protection is up to date but i dont have anti spyware stuff so might have a look round. It happens in RE and train simulator on any route unfortunately. My PC is a 3.06 Ghz intel P4 with HT I hear a fan alot of the time so maybe ill try the idea of removing a part of the case and see how it...
