I have one suggestion which probably will not work. Here it is any way uninstall it then reinstall it. If that does not work try looking for an install bat.

It is very good to be ambitious. It would be lovely to have a nir trainsim. I live near dublin so i would see a lot of trains. In this train sim would you be running trains to dublin. If you ever need a route tester ask me or a tester of any kind
