Re: Hello helo...

I think '98 was the first version they modelled a chopper in, and yes, it was horrid. I've haven't flown a helo in FSX yet but I found them quite good fun in 2004. I even bought the Lynx, Merlin and Seakings from Alphasim. Downloaded a couple of oil rig scenery packages for out in the North Sea and ...

Haven't been for a good few years but been three times but don't think we saw everything yet. Some of the smaller buildings between the main building and the walk out to the American museum we thought were empty. On the walk back we discovered they were a treasure trove of Hunters and the like. It w...

NatWest have been brilliant with me (previously with the Halifax). Pay goes in at straightaway (usually on play or amazon at 00:01 on payday), cheques clear quickly etc. Only slight gripe is their (or at least my) current account is a Switch/Maestro card. This does mean I have to have a credit card ...

I've had it since it was released but can count the number of times I've played it on fingers. I find it daunting. To be honest though I struggled a bit with Lock-On: Modern Air Combat too so stood no chance with Allied Force. Shame as, like bigvern, I was really into the likes of DiD's Tornado! and...

Very pretty. Its something I've never tried, not even a demo. Must confess my interest in flight simming is at an all time low. I'm in danger of being kicked out of BAV and flirted with the idea of selling my huge collection of add-ons to try and raise funds for my new bike (until I put it on...

Not with the default scenery. Apart from other air traffic I don't believe there is any other dynamic scenery in FS2004. However, some freeware and most payware airport scenery add-ons have animated airport vehicles. Gary Summons' UK2000 and Pro series are particularly good if you like that sort of ...

Reckon you'd struggle to run FSX on that and certainly with the detail levels set high enough for the dynamic scenery to be visible. :(
