That's a good point. Even on my XP2700+ with the second patch installed FS2K would still ocassionally hold up. Most of the tme it'd run at silly frame rates (60, 70, 80, 90 plus) but on lesser machines it may not do o well. Another important point is that from FS2002 onwards the software used to cre...

Well I started this topic in virtually complete ignorance of the ins and outs of a flight sim, now after reading the replies I'm getting quite interested. Would I be able to get a flight sim in the bargain basement just to try it out do you reckon. You shoul be able to get FS2002 or FS2004: A Centu...

Well I wouldn't go out of your way to see a weather forecast, but if you do, unless it's the North-East & Cumbria edition you may have quite a wait.
I recall there being two or three productions entitled Look North.

'Thunder and Lightnings'. I'm sure I read that. Was that about a young boy living near an airbase? I've even forgottenthe jist of the story (at least the one I'm on about ). It's shameful really because I read it literally dozens of times. I used to keep doing the same books when we were asked...

I understand you get virtually every single model of anything that can fly ever with it. That in it's own right sounds nice, and would therefore be good value...
