Two top downloads

Hi, I,m not really into million mph jets but will give anything a try.My preference is for the older aircraft whether it be passenger or combat aircraft, the same applies with trains and motorbikes as well,I must be old fashioned. This will be history for some people, but for newbies to MSFS9 like mys...

Re: FS2004 Add-Ons

Hi What am I doing wrong? Having downloaded several new aircraft I cannot locate them in the "Change Aircraft" list in "settings" Have extracted them to a temp folder or direct to the "Aircraft" folder in FS23004 wiothout success. Similarly, are new scenery (airports) extracted to the "Add-On Scene...

Wish I had a computer to run it - though the realism on FS2002 still catches me out, particularly the yawing of the Prop aircraft - always takes me by surprise - I missed the runway at Blackpool yesterday because of it  I know exactly what you mean Martin.I tried to run Microsoft train sim on...

Humble pie

Guess what, landing that skylark at Maroochydore in a heavy storm was a fluke and I've left a trail of debris at airports throughout the world to prove it including Sheffield and Manchester.I'm still going to leave the settings on hard,I like a challenge, and I will do the lessons.I might even be abl...

Thanks for all the advice. When I got to town to check out the joy sticks,my mind was made up for me.There was only a $15 piece of rubbish and a Logitech Wingman Force 3D with Force Feed to choose from,so I got the Logitech. Although I grew up in Manchester I have lived in a small coastal town in QLD...

MSFS 2004 and a Pentium 4

I've been looking at this forum for the last few days and it's got me in. The last MSFS that I bought was 'Flight sim for windows 95' so I'm slightly out of date and could use some advice on MSFS 2004. The one thing I don't want is to buy the sim and find that I have to turn all the settings down to...

When fantasy and reality collide,it's time to get a grip.

I pulled out of Monchengladbach on the Wupper Express 7.0 route at 6am in the pouring rain.Cruising along at 100k I was really enjoying myself with lots of outside views, but one thought kept entering my head'I wish it would stop raining,I need to go and get some milk'.As I pulled into Neuss Hafen,I ...

Re: North West England

I resisted downloading the first version of this when I read that version 2 was nearing completion. I'm very much looking forward to it being released. Would one of the routes creators (or someone in the know) be kind enough to list the boundaries of the route? Even better, is there a map or a webs...
