Tim,
There are a few Mk3 DVTs in the file library.
I know Backfoot2002 did one.
Cheers,

Re: Dorset Coast V5
Looking forward to this immensely, Dave. :D On the subject of the CTRL, I am tempted to have a go myself. Although, I'm not in a financial position at the moment to be able to afford any of the download packpages such as guides to assist me with the construction. A route encompassing London Waterloo...

Ashford International is the easier station for me to get to, but the new timetable shows 3 services a day to Paris and 1 a day to Brussels, then theres 9 services from Ebbsfleet a day which is pointless as there is no domestic rail service yet. Southeastern are supposed to be running a service fro...

As a resident of Reading, I'll be sligtly miffed when Eurostar move to St. Pancras. Waterloo was convenient to get to because I could get a direct train. I did this if I had a lot of luggage to take. However, if I did go direct from Reading to Waterloo, I only did it in the afternoon as I prefer goi...

Virgin services to Portsmouth (I travelled on a few of them and remember the workings very well): There were 3 daily workings starting at Portsmouth Harbour departing at 10:35, 14:35 and 17:35. 10:35, if I remember, went to Liverpool, 14:35 went to Blackpool and the 17:35 went to Birmingham New Stre...

Well I think it is a bad move. My daughter uses Virgin XC to travel to university in York from Bristol. Most of the time the journey has been OK with minimal delays (apart from when some freight train tore up the track near Cheltenham). Removing the buffet facilities will ensure she buys sandwiches...

I thought there wore operators phasing out HST'S The fact that Arriva want to use HSTs is ironic. Virgin originally replaced perfectly decent HSTs with insufficient 4/5 car trains which are totally incapable of doing the job they are meant to; the summer Saturday Newquay trains are an example of th...
