Oh dear, First Group don't quite seem to realise how lowly thought of their brand is in the railway sector!

Re: What's happening outside your house???

Had most of the display aircraft in the air above our house  :)

Role Demo was very good as per last year with the Tornado's and E-3 Sentry AWACs aircraft doing multiple passes at high and low level!

Gone a bit quiet now though.

Re: London Underground 'Last Drink on the Tube'

The crazy thing is that there are more of these mass drinking events planned, including one at Leicester Square Underground station! We've just spent millions of pounds doing the place up!!

Re: London Underground 'Last Drink on the Tube'

Utterly disgraceful behaviour and unfortunately it backfired on them because it lends weight to the argument for the ban.

Dread to think what the clean up bill will be :-?

Re: Bf 109 G-10 "black 2" Gear failure at ILA 2008

Unfortunately the other EADS Bf109 had a wheels up landing last month after its major rebuilt, which was a result of a nose over landing a couple of years ago!

Very difficult beasts the 109's :-?

I agree with Laurie - Jamie's work will live on in MSTS and we will all have our own special memories of him.

Rest in Peace Jamie :(

Sly - that Britannia model is amazing! Texturing is superbly realistic and you've done the boiler barrel to firebox shape change immaculately, far better than I managed

Looking forward to seing the BR1 tender now :D
