Re: Mark Shipman

He said I could use anything of his for the stock for BD1 Mick, but that was waaaaaay back in 2005. I would have thought that considering its not a payware CD and he gave the models to the community, you'd be ok,. but I'm sure somebody in authoritah will give a more definite answer.

Hasn't the latest version of Bin cured that? I'm now using 32 bit colours and no longer have AE crashes.

Re: June 1st

Although it does seem a shame that the team are pulling out of msts I do understand the other commitments you and the team have. I would like to say a big thankyou for what you have produced over the years and the support that has been available. I wish the best of luck in getting those locos back ...

Re: NWC 2

Its very odd about the gunpowder van. Its uncompressed on my PC, yet it works fine! It can be uploaded as a patch, plus any further NWC2s can have it added to the installer.

Re: NWC 2

Any thoughts on the possibilities for more "steam" activities? David The only issue with that Dave is the track layout is very post 70s, so any steam acts would really have to be specials if your striving for any realism. Absolutely no reason for not doing any steam ones if your not striving for it...

Beautiful looking model there Kieran, well done! The only thing I can see that could do with a tweek is the wheel treads could do with making more shiney. Other than that, 11 out of 10

Re: NWC 2

Great news Chris! One thing though, will there be a NWC 95, featuring BR sector liveried loco's etc, or is this something that will not happen for a while? If it does happen, it will be a while. Unfortuantely both Chris and I have very little time to do msts projects nowerdays, so please dont hold ...

Re: Chiltern Route

Thank you, Jim, for posting those photos. As you say, the detail of the conduit and so forth is so fine that it is not worth modelling. What I will do, I think, is to take out the wires diving to the ground and replace them with, say, three guy wires for poles at the end of run. I don't think I nee...

Re: 2010

I went there early 2009 (I think!) and it was a bit of a fight to get to the track. I took some pics for the route, but it was impossiable to see anything other than bushes in them!
