Wahey... Much as I love Thames Mersey, 'cos it's a great route, I find I get a bit bored just running up a long stretch of track stopping at the occasional station.

This sounds great. There has been a distinct lack of goods activities recently. Please also consider using Cannock Chase, it's almost tailor made for goods activities.
