In BVE2/4 in conjunction with BRR (BVE Route Randomiser) there was an option to select tilting train, and any train could tilt on corners at speed. I don't know if it is possible in OpenBVE.

I really liked SpoorSim. A while ago I found v1 for download, which gives quite a long route to drive, whereas v2 is more restricted to sidings and requires unlocking which is now impossible. The computer I had it on went down :( but I may be able to recover it, or find it for download again hopeful...

This has happened once to me on the Oxford free-roam scenario with the FGW HST. Rear door of the left side of the rear carriage was completely missing. It didn't happen the other times I tried the scenario.
