found the problem, as always the new update has really put a spanner in the works, every time you save a scenario it adds unwanted files to the "scenario properties.xml". fixed it! 6 hours hard work... each time it coffed out saying error 113 I moved the 'scenarios' out and put in a 'new' scenario empty folder.... then put the old scenarios back into the new folder.... thats where the problem was... been testing it, its only on my Bromsgrove Burton route, all the others are ok, in fact the Broms Bur on my old laptop saves right away... tried redownloading steam and copying the files from my laptop but still no go... have to try other things

saves editing immediate as always, but if I alter a scenario and try and 'save' it immediatly responds with 'not responding" for a good 5 minutes, this is only on my super duper computer, my old laptop with the same routes is immediate.. Any suggestions????
