Right then, I need to know how to create hills and stuff in RE. I thought these might have came automatically when I used RGE, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Any help would be appreciated!

That's definately a good thing to have then - I'll be downloading that as soon as I can (probably tomorrow now, currently downloading Modern England) I know now that it was definately a good idea to wipe everything...But I was trying to reinstall XP Home with the minimum fuss, and without my mum's p...

Your point right at the end there says it all about why my PC is effed...I had no choice but a fresh install, which unfortuately sits in the HDD with the Pro installation...I have removed the programs and reinstalled them so they work with Home... Pro was supposedly better because it had PWS in it (...

Here's another little update - my first post on this thread commented on the consist editor crashing. I downloaded Route Riter last night and ran its stock checker this morning. It found some things to correct, so I assumed that it was those errors in stock before making consist editor crash. But no...

Right then, here's what I now know... I removed all of the activities and paths to begin with to see if it worked. That made no difference. I did the other thing and renamed the .TRK file in my route (the only one I suspected being wrong), which took away the error message. Of course, my route disap...

Right then, what's route riter about? Obviously it's not causing my problem because I haven't got it (if I had I wouldn't ask what it is!) I believe it is something to do with my own route, but I can't see nothing wrong...Still, I'll have another look, deleting the activities there and see what I ge...

"Failed loading Activity headers"
What on Earth does this mean? It is ambiguous, because I can still use most of my activities, except my PC crashes now when I try to test the route I'm making out! It's not fair! Plus, my copy of Train Simulator is playing up in the tools that came with it, because I can't edit/create a consist! Any...

I'll start by saying that it sounds like a good idea for an activity...I like electric and diesel trains though (steam trains take too long to get going and don't have a very good top speed) - I like to be in a train doing 125 whenever possible, so steam doesn't cut it for me... Anyway, don't be ins...

Yo, re-done my route (again!) after finding some major problems with the Kington-Hereford direct line. Also added a double line between Kington and Leominster, but gotta check the points there, I don't think they are working just yet! So, just the scenary to do, as well as work out why MSTS says "Fa...

Could do with some help here...
I've done a bit of work on my route now, and is ready for a bit of testing. I need to see if it works properly on other systems...I have no scenary, signals, mileposts or stations, I just want someone to try out what I've got here thus far... I still need to download UKFS, as I need it for the Londo...

ROUTE BETA!
Yo an update on my route! I've now done enough for a beta release (alas, no stations but I can't get these to work with default track)! No scenary, signals or mileposts, but some basic tracks...going to downlad UKFS soon, as I need it for various routes... Anyone interested in testing my route thus ...

I'm trying to set it in this sort of era. However, one problem is that Kington, Eardisley, Pembridge and Letton do not have train stations in real life. Leominster and Hereford are the only places in real life and on my route that have train stations...So I guess most of it is made-up. I am trying t...

Swansea - Carmarthen activity
Yo I uploaded my Swansea - Carmarthen activity activity the other day (on the Swansea route). Nice and simple one, you just drive an Alphaline Wales and West Class 158 (the most suitable train for the activity) from Swansea to Carmarthen, stopping at Gowerton, Kidwelly, Llanelli and finally Carmarth...
