Thanks Alec.
I tried it and it works a treat for me.
Using Internet explorer was OK, but a real pain having to write my username and password every time.
I hope that at some point the link to google chrome will get fixed!
Cheers
Andy

Re: Wacky website, can not download
Hi Doug. I too, am a premium member, It took me multiple seconds to down load that file, about five seconds. Could I perhaps suggest that your membership might have run out and needs renewing. It looks as if Matt and Pete are in the process of gradually updating or upgrading the site so I guess that...

Re: Chiltern Line Continued
One downloader obviously has not read the documentation and has asked what to to with this file. Again, please read the documentation! _________________ David Ah, That will be me then. :P At the moment I have not installed Chiltern route but have now read the various documentation and as a r...

Re: Installing Open Rails
Hello everyone. Following the recent arrival of "Plymouth-Penzance" and now the Chiltern route, I have taken the plunge and downloaded off of the internet, version 1-3-1 4328. which I could not find anywhere in the UKTS file library, so I trust this is the current stable version. Three or four years...

Re: Greater Eastern patch 2.01 does not work
Hi Andy (again!), Using Windows 10, I've now successfully installed the Great Eastern route, its v1.1, v1.2, v1.3, v2.0 (Greater Eastern) and v2.0.1 updates, Update v2.0.1 does NOT 'fix' the logos mentioned - that is accomplished using the 'Prototypes' patch; I have not tried the 'ERAS' patch, but ...

Hello everyone. First of all a happy New year. I am unable to get patch 2.01 to upgrade my Greater Eastern CD. Great Eastern, patch 1.11, upgrades to the Marks Tey Sudbury, Romford Upminster and Braintree Branches installed OK. Greater Eastern installs OK, but Making tracks branded Locos For instanc...

Re: ConBuilder Help please
The files from the USERCHK.zip go in your ConBuilder folder. As to the error message: not sure what that means, but did a ZIP file get created in your ConBuilder folder that contains your name? If it did, the error may be related to uploading your file to the ConBuilder server. Recommend emailing t...

Re: Contacting Train Simulator Safe House (TSSH)
Hi Andy Get an address book to keep by your computer. Think of one code that you can apply to every username and password, this has to be a code that you will easily remember. Write down in the address book (eg for UKTrainSim it will be in the U section) for each website your encoded name and passw...

Contacting Train Simulator Safe House (TSSH)
Does anyone know how I can contact TSSH to get my username and password restored please? I have tried all of the combinations that I know, there are only three possible Usernames and three passwords. Re: MSTS and Windows 10
Hi, @David : Thanks, mate :) I'm not sure that missing that update would cause all of Andy's problems, but it's worth a try! @Andy : This is only a random suggestion, but if you haven't set TrainStore.exe to "Run as administrator" (from its Properties > Compatibility tab), please do so now. Cheers,...
