Changing country of locomotive
In Profile under the locos tab it is possible to filter by country. When I select USA the DB BR 145 is in the list of locos. But this is a German loco and not American. How do I change the country of a loco?

Ctrl-Shift-Home moves the camera to ground level when in world editor. But when I switch to scenario editor the camera is moved back to the scenario marker. Ctrl-up and Ctrl-down will move the camera up and down. But there is no key to place the camera at ground level?
And clicking drive and then Ctrl-E switches to world editor at the same location. But clicking scenario tools to enter scenario editor moves the camera to the scenario marker.
