hi, had the same problem when disconnecting a nvidia surround setup with 3 monitors. Settings are saved in \Railworks\Content\PlayerProfile.bin. You can change settings using rwTools. see also here http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?f=360&t=135119 to check if that helps just rename the .bin ...
