I dropped JT a email so waiting for a reply and disabling my firewall doesn't work so I was wondering if nothing works can I get my money back as I haven't installed the route on to my computer just downloaded it.

I recently bought the Scottish East Coast Mainline from just trains as a download but when I get to the authentication page after downloading it and when after I type in my username and password and then click "login" nothing happens. I tried redownloading it but again nothing happens. I'm not sure ...
