Problem solved. I logged into my Just Trains account and redownloaded the package. The installer was a modified one to that which I had stored on my pc backup. The new installer worked fine. Never occurred to me that the installer would have been updated to that which I had downloaded 2 years ago!

Recently upgraded to Windows8 clean install. Every things fine apart from the fact that the Just Trains download version of Bristol to Exeter fails to install. The installer starts then just does nothing. Tried using the various compatability modes but to no avail. Anybody got any ideas to try befor...
