Re: BHBP - Berks & Hants to Bristol & Penzance

Fully agree over the route - brilliant.

I don't have a shut down after Reading, but I do get an absolute stop to the sim for about 1 minute, it then stutters into life and after a few more stutters it eventually gets going again. I've sent an email to them, and they are looking into the problem.

Re: TS-Tools - Check routes problem

It's not a feature that I've ever used, but when I try it I get an error message that says "Error #62 Input past end of file Module: frmEditor Procedure: GetDetail""

Re: TS2015 Raildriver Interface

Many thanks Chris - that's what the problem was. I always had run your programme as an administrator, but some Windows update (I assume) had changed this.

Re: TS2015 Raildriver Interface

Since the TS2021 update non of the buttons on my Raildriver work. All the levers are fine. I've tried Extracting the files again, but it hasn't made any difference. Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Armstrong Powerhouse Mk1 Brakes - fixed

Login and go to your account. Then on the right hand side look for "Downloads", click on that and "sort by last updated". Many thanks for trying to point me in the right direction. I've logged in but 'on the right hand side look for "Downloads", click on that and "sort by last updated"' is nowhere ...

Re: Pathing failed, no route to destination

I've had exactly the same problem. There was nothing wrong the track in my case, as occasionally Train Sim would allow the path, and the train ran over it perfectly. Then the next time I would try the scenario I got the same error message, so I gave up in the end.

Re: Is there any way of knowing which end is the front of the tr

Basically, the cab that you start in at the beginning of the scenario (assuming a two - or more - cabbed train or loco) is considered the front for the duration of that scenario. I don't know of any way of checking if you are still in the "original" front cab as you progress through the scenario, o...

Is there any way of knowing which end is the front of the tr

I've just failed a scenario because I had forgotten that I had reversed my train earlier, so when I asked the signalman for permission to pass the signal ahead, I should have asked to pass the signal behind.

So - is there any way of knowing which end is the front of the train?

Many thanks,

Tim

Many thanks for that tip John - and to my mind it's so useful that you can remove the dlc you already own.

Re: SSS Stainmore route

I've just run the 11:25 Blackpool to Newcastle scenario, and was really struggling to get up the hills. Eventually I found that the rear carriage had it's brakes permanently on. I couldn't find any way to release the brake, so I went into the build menu and swapped the last coach for something simil...

Re: SSS Stainmore route

I've just run the scenario again, since I've learnt a bit about manually firing a steam loco (always used the auto fireman before). This time I arrived at the signal outside Barnard Castle at 19:33, and like Graham was stuck there, as 76022 just didn't move.

Re: SSS Stainmore route

I've just tried the scenario and arrived at Barnard Castle station at 19:43. I wasn't held up by anything before the station.
