I need to know how to make my own custom train. I don't mean how to put it into my route, but how to make a train to put into the route.

Hi. I bought and downloaded the InterCity express addon for 28 dollars, but it won't work as I thought it would. The locomotive does not show in the loco list in my scenario editor.
