Had the same problem. Mine was solved by changing TS 2019 graphics settings from "full screen" to "borderless". Maybe you should give it a try.

In my case the flashing and delay problems are solved: Versions 3.00 and 3.01 both work fine now (for me). In TS 2019 graphic settings I changed from “Full Screen” to “Borderless” and that did the trick. No flashes and the Raildriver works fine in x64 mode. I hope this will also be the solution for ...

Unfortunately the new version 3.0.1 sent by (CobraOne) Chris had no effect.
Still screen flashes and a 15 sec. delay. Could the graphic card be part of the problem?
It's a Geforce GTX770 2047 mb
