Help with rubber-banding

Hi there sorry to bring this subject up again, but i seem to be having some problems with rubber-banding/stuttering. :( I had to reformat windows 7 (64-bit) a while back and after downloading and installing railworks, i noticed that the rubber-banding is worse then it was before i re-formated. I hav...

Re: MW_Sound packs coming to Railworks

Excellent, Thanks for that :)

When you say 'clank' sounds, is it the coupling rod sounds, or the running sounds?

Thanks

Re: MW_Sound packs coming to Railworks

Hi When i played railworks for the first time today, i started to get SBHH errors when using theese sounds and a re-install does not work this time either. it shows an SBHH error after about a minute and when i decrease the reverser to about 65% and increase the regulator to full at about 11 - 12mph...

Re: MW_Sound packs coming to Railworks

Hi Fantastic! Downloaded these earlier today and i am very impressed! these sounds completely transform the model, and is alot more enjoyable on the 1in 50 inclines on the Bath - Templecombe route :) I too got the SBHH error after about 5 minutes of playing, re-installed them and now works. Must alw...

Re: Advantages of Class 57?

Hi The 57/0, which were used by freightliner, used a EMD 645-E3 powerunit and reconditioned class 56 alternaters. They were really just designed as a stop-gap until freightliner introduced enough class 66's. It was also, i guess, to prolong thier fleet of class 47's and was probably a cheaper option...

Improving default locos

Hi I was wandering lately if updating the default locos would be a good idea, especially the class 47 and the deltic. Seeing as DLC has improved so much, these default models are really getting left behind and seeing as these two classes of loco are very popular, do you think it would be a wise idea...

Re: Just been on steam and

Hi I never said nothing has been recorded from the real thing, i was only stating that perhaps we could have proper in cab sounds that were recorded from the cab of the actual locomotive being represented, by this i mean a seperate set of sounds for the cab. for example, the very loud turbo whine y...

Re: Just been on steam and

Apart from better physics, and i dont know if this has been mentioned or not, is that i would like to see proper in cab sounds for DLC, recorded from the actual locomotive. Anyone agree? Thanks Tom Do you think nothing has been recorded from an actual locomotive? Some may find it hard to believe, b...
