Re: Changing track rules how?

Then how do I do that then? the trackbed rumble is called for by the track itself You add the required sounds to the track's .bin files(s) <BedRumbleSounds> <iBlueprintLibrary-cAbsoluteBlueprintID d:id="11048"> <BlueprintSetID> <iBlueprintLibrary-cBlueprintSetID> <Provider d:type="cDeltaString">Kuj...

That's OK, as you're being asked to do any of that.
Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder where the signals are located and see if you have those 2 files with the .ban extension.

Re: Changing track rules how?

I think you keep missing this... Shoukdn't have to; the trackbed rumble is called for by the track itself Changing the trackrule will not alter the sound, where are you getting that idea from? it changes all the entries to just the top one So every instance of the text in sections along the lines of...

Why? If it works there's no need to. Even a scenario with trains in fields can be edited to work; just a simple matter of putting those rambling trains back on the track.

Re: North East Rails V3.1 release & Scenario pack info.

Hello Joe I would think requiring users to copy folders to certain locations might get confusing for some people That's why the smart way to do it is to just create a mirror of the routes folder structure containing just the scenarios--then it's "copy and paste the Contents folder into your RailWor...

shinymac wrote: Sat Jan 23, 2021 7:20 pm I simply thought that, being the author, Joe would KNOW if the older scenarios would work in v3.1
Why would he? Whilst Joe's the route author he ain't responsible for scenarios written by others. I'm with Ash on this one, try one and see!

Re: TS Objects - Winter Textures

Just because the textures have different names doesn't mean they look any different from each other--have you checked their appearance in any image editor?

Re: Moving stock path

If the stock is from Steam DRM might kick in and cause graphical corruption if you move the stock out of it's default directory. swapping out individual coaches on RW tools. This seems to take 20mins to 1 hour per coach to replace in all scenarios So do it a single scenario at a time---you only play...

saltashking wrote: Sat Jan 23, 2021 10:17 am the signals show green in the 2D map but the arm does not move, you can hear the sound of the movement though
Could be that you've "lost" the actual animation(s), check that you have 2 .ban files for each arm type.

Re: Changing track rules how?

Gary said to replace all but that can't be right as it changes all the entries to just the top one! The top one is the original state, no changes to be made. Edit the one in the bottom pane to point to the new trackrule Post here just what you've copied and pasted into the top pane. EDIT: ..You are...

Re: Changing track rules how?

1. Stop guessing 2. Open the route's Tracks.bin file with RW Tools and use the Search routine to find Trackrule. Copy that whole section, <TrackRule> <iBlueprintLibrary-cAbsoluteBlueprintID> <BlueprintSetID> <iBlueprintLibrary-cBlueprintSetID> <Provider d:type="cDeltaString">Kuju</Provider> <Product...

Re: North East Rails V3.1 release & Scenario pack info.

For the 1973 pre-TOPS period, no diesel locos had a D prefix in their running numbers You have a lot to learn..... https://i.postimg.cc/DykycMKX/noD.jpg OK, the 24 needs more work but the others just have blank textures rather than the D defined in their number---#1541 instead of D1541 for example.
