Re: Simple Engines for RailWorks

That is true, still I think they could employ someone on minimum wage to send out generic replies to these sort of questions, to hold the customer service fort whilst the developers do the critical work. Just a simple "All the RS downloads have been removed to be properly configured for RW, they wil...

Re: Anyone got a strimmer??

Reminds me of several Czech lines, I love it when the track disappears into foliage!

Re: I've cancelled RW DVD

There are a few legal proggies that will run a game without the disc in the drive. Regardless of drm, one of which i own. I uninstalled RW from Steam about 50 mins ago, anyway. Just not the required step up from RS, that i needed to make it worthwhile. I agree, it's basically a patch for RS except ...

Re: Simple Engines for RailWorks

I suggest sending them a nice email and waiting for a few weeks. That's not an exaggeration, I sent them an email just less than 2 weeks ago on this very subject and still no reply. What kind of customer service is this where you're left waiting weeks for an answer to a simple query? Regards, Jack

As it installs correctly on my Vista machine and I doubt Microsoft would make an OS incapable of running a .exe correctly I can only suggest it's the way you've set Windows 7 up; check the security settings.

Can this be reuplaoded into a RPK?
Are you running as administrator? If not that may be the problem.

P.S. That 37 is looking real nice!

Re: Small Dutch shunter aka Sik

Bazza I believe those are the Internal controls mirrored on the outside to allow you to drive the locomotive whilst hanging out the cab, you can see a couple of smaller levers there too. Brilliant little machines, this model is looking great, I really hope you don't have too many problems getting it...

Re: Programs to make a Pennine 185

I personally think that you'd be better off trying something simpler than the 185, when it comes to shaping the front end you will struggle because you don't have enough experience in using the program and 3d modeling in general. I suggest you should first attempt a simple scenic item or a simple wa...

Re: Tutorial - Buildings part 2 - More Windows/Translucency

I'm experiencing real problems getting this translucency to work properly for scenery items in the Sim. The windows work when viewed from one angle, but the background vanishes when you change viewpoint. The flora also shows through the translucency. Can anyone think of a scenery item in any of the...

Re: Asea 1141

I just think it looks like a basic program, but it's rather obvious you can make a Masterpiece in it  Danny Yes, people underestimate that program and they think that it can only use for making furniture 8) I think it's the person behind the software, the software is just a tool after all, if ...
