Atomic Systems

Hi all this problem is on my PC and like keiran says I keep getting the same message on these two routes.
I have all the things like UK finescale and other addons like that but I can't understand why it dont work

are there gonna be any other liveries made available for this loco class such as BR Brunswick Green or Wartime Black?

none of the plug ins work at all because I was trying to do a building a steam locomotive tutorial and it needed an msts engineer thing which automatically makes you the wheels and things like that.

I can't get any of the plug ins to work on 3d canvas so I cant get any of the wheel sets to work or anything like that.
can anybody help me please?

can someone explain to me what a serz.exe file it because everytime I try to install a route it says it can not be installed because the serz.exe file could not be found.
